8. Fees & Payment

A deposit may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of work.

9. Intellectual Property

All preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, and working files remain the property of LDG Design Group until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved design files will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LDG Design Group retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

10. Client Content

The client confirms they own or have permission to use all materials supplied, including:

Logos
Photographs
Fonts
Documents
Illustrations
Copyrighted content

The client accepts responsibility for any legal claims arising from materials they provide.

11. Third-Party Resources

Projects may include licensed fonts, stock photography, illustrations, or software.

Unless specifically included in the quotation, any third-party licence fees remain the responsibility of the client.

12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information.

Project materials and business information will not be shared with third parties unless:
